Se discute el fracking y su total prohibición en Colombia, esto es una política de Gobierno, pero se le están haciendo unos cuantos agregados para que queden también, prohibidos nuevos contratos de explotación y exploración petrolera, y además que no se respeten los derechos adquiridos.

Los parágrafos que quiere agregar la ministra de minas, Irene Vélez: a partir de la presente ley no se podrán suscribir adicionar u otorgar contratos concesiones licencias o permisos ambientales para la exploración, explotación y producción de los yacimientos no convencionales de hidrocarburos ni para el empleo de las técnicas expresamente prohibidas por la ley.
Otra, proposición aditiva prohíbase la exploración y producción de hidrocarburos provenientes de yacimientos no convencionales del tipo roca generadora arenas bituminosas, gas metano asociado a mantos de carbón e hidratos de metano.
Eso en otras palabras, es no respetar los derechos adquiridos de compañía como la Drummond que hace fracking en busca de gas. Es muy grave porque aquí no hay una transición poco a poco es de la noche a la mañana cerrar todas las puertas.
